Occupations Code § 1101.759","heading":"CEASE AND DESIST ORDER.","body":"(a) If it appears to the commission that a person is violating this chapter or Chapter 1102 or a rule adopted under this chapter or Chapter 1102, the commission, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, may issue a cease and desist order prohibiting the person from engaging in the activity.\n(b) A violation of an order under this section constitutes grounds for imposing an administrative penalty under Subchapter O.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1411 (S.B. 914), Sec. 36, eff.
