Occupations Code § 1102.107","heading":"ELIGIBILITY FOR APPRENTICE INSPECTOR LICENSE.","body":"To be eligible for an apprentice inspector license, an applicant must:\n(1) at the time of application be:\n(A) at least 18 years of age; and\n(B) a citizen of the United States or a lawfully admitted alien;\n(2) be sponsored by a professional inspector; and\n(3) satisfy the commission as to the applicant's honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
