Occupations Code § 1103.056","heading":"OFFICERS; EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.","body":"(a) The governor shall designate a board member who is an appraiser to serve as presiding officer of the board.\n(b) At a regular meeting in February of each year, the board shall elect from its members an assistant presiding officer and a secretary.\n(c) The presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary constitute the executive committee.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
