Occupations Code § 1103.155","heading":"ROSTER.","body":"(a) The board shall maintain a roster of persons who are certified or licensed under this chapter.\n(b) The roster must indicate the type of certificate or license held by each person listed.\n(c) The board shall send a copy of the roster to the Appraisal Subcommittee at least weekly.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
