Occupations Code § 1103.214","heading":"DENIAL OF CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE RENEWAL.","body":"(a) The board may deny the renewal of a certificate or license issued under this chapter if the applicant is in violation of a board order.\n(b) The denial of a certificate or license renewal under this section is subject to the same provisions as are applicable under Section 1103.210 to the denial of a certificate or license.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 334 (S.B. 624), Sec. 28, eff.
