Occupations Code § 1103.254","heading":"EXAMINATION APPLICATION.","body":"(a) An application to take the examination must be on a form prescribed by the board.\n(b) An application is active for one year beginning on the date the application is initially accepted. If an applicant does not pass the examination before the first anniversary of the date of application, the applicant must submit a new application and pay the appropriate fees.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
