Occupations Code § 1103.258","heading":"REEXAMINATION.","body":"(a) An applicant who fails an examination may apply to retake the examination on payment of an additional examination fee.\n(b) An applicant who fails the examination three consecutive times may not apply for reexamination or submit a new license application unless the applicant submits evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant has completed additional education, as prescribed by the board, since the date the applicant last took the examination.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
