Occupations Code § 1103.303","heading":"ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION.","body":"A person is eligible to register with the board if:\n(1) the certification and licensing program under which the person is certified or licensed by another state has not been disapproved by the Appraisal Subcommittee; and\n(2) the person's appraisal business in this state does not exceed six months.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
