Occupations Code § 1103.353","heading":"ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPRAISER TRAINEE.","body":"To be eligible for a license as an appraiser trainee, an applicant must:\n(1) be at least 18 years of age;\n(2) be a citizen of the United States or a lawfully admitted alien;\n(3) satisfy the board as to the applicant's honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity;\n(4) comply with the requirements of Sections 1103.203 and 1103.2031; and\n(5) meet all other qualifications established by the board.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
