Occupations Code § 1103.355","heading":"DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES FOR APPRAISER TRAINEES.","body":"(a) The board may reprimand an appraiser trainee or suspend or revoke an appraiser trainee's license to act as an appraiser trainee for a violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this subchapter.\n(b) A disciplinary proceeding under this section is governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
