Occupations Code § 1103.455","heading":"REPORT OF INVESTIGATION REQUIRED.","body":"(a) At the conclusion of the investigation of a complaint, the investigator shall prepare a written report to enable the board to determine what further action is necessary.\n(b) The report must contain:\n(1) statements of fact;\n(2) the recommendations of the investigator; and\n(3) the position or defense of the investigated appraiser or appraiser trainee.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
