Occupations Code § 1103.521","heading":"DECISION; ORDER.","body":"(a) The administrative law judge shall file the judge's final decision in a contested case hearing with the executive director.\n(b) A copy of the decision and order shall immediately be:\n(1) sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the appraiser at the appraiser's last known address; or\n(2) personally delivered to the appraiser.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
