Occupations Code § 1104.204","heading":"COMPLAINT.","body":"(a) Any person, including a member of the board, may file with the board a written complaint on a form prescribed by the board.\n(b) The board, on its own motion, may file a complaint against:\n(1) an appraisal management company registered under this chapter;\n(2) a controlling person; or\n(3) a person who engages in an activity for which registration is required under this chapter without being registered.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 256 (H.B. 1146), Sec. 2, eff.
