Occupations Code § 1104.207","heading":"REPORT OF INVESTIGATION REQUIRED.","body":"(a) At the conclusion of the investigation of a complaint, the investigator shall submit to the board a written report to enable the board to determine what further action is necessary.\n(b) The report must contain:\n(1) statements of fact;\n(2) the recommendations of the investigator; and\n(3) the position or defense of the investigated appraisal management company.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 256 (H.B. 1146), Sec. 2, eff.
