Occupations Code § 1151.106","heading":"CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM FOR REGISTRANTS.","body":"(a) The commission by rule shall:\n(1) adopt a classification system for registrants; and\n(2) establish minimum requirements for each classification.\n(b) The requirements must be based on experience in property taxation administration, education and training, professional performance and achievements, and compliance with the code of ethics.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
