Occupations Code § 1151.108","heading":"BOARD DUTIES.","body":"The board shall:\n(1) recommend to the commission rules and standards regarding technical issues relating to tax professionals;\n(2) provide advice to the commission regarding continuing education courses and curricula for registrants;\n(3) provide advice to the commission regarding the contents of any examination required by the commission under this chapter; and\n(4) educate, and respond to questions from, the commission and the department regarding issues affecting tax professionals.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
