Occupations Code § 1151.155","heading":"ACTION ON APPLICATION.","body":"(a) The department shall act on an application for registration not later than the 30th day after the date the application is received.\n(b) The department shall:\n(1) classify and register each applicant the department approves; and\n(2) notify the registrant of the requirements for:\n(A) maintenance of the registrant's current registration; and\n(B) professional certification by the department.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 450, Sec. 41(14), eff.
