Occupations Code § 1152.154","heading":"REGISTRATION APPLICATION; FEES.","body":"(a) An applicant for registration must file an application with the department on a printed form prescribed by the executive director.\n(b) The application must be accompanied by:\n(1) a nonrefundable application fee; and\n(2) a registration fee.\n(c) The department shall refund the registration fee if the executive director does not approve the application.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
