Occupations Code § 1152.162","heading":"ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.","body":"(a) The executive director shall act on an initial application for registration filed under Section 1152.154 not later than the 31st day after the date the department receives the application.\n(b) The executive director shall issue to an applicant who qualifies for registration the appropriate certificate of registration.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
