A mobile home is not a HUD-code manufactured home and a HUD-code manufactured home is not a mobile home for any purpose under state law. Those terms may not be defined in a manner that is not identical to the definitions provided by Section 1201.003.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
