Occupations Code § 1201.056","heading":"LICENSE FEES.","body":"(a) The board shall establish fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses for:\n(1) manufacturers;\n(2) retailers;\n(3) brokers;\n(4) salespersons; and\n(5) installers.\n(b) The board by rule may establish a fee for reprinting a license issued under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
