Occupations Code § 1201.108","heading":"SECURITY: CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OR LOCATION.","body":"(a) A new bond is not required for a change in:\n(1) ownership of a licensee or a business entity under which a license holder conducts business; or\n(2) location.\n(b) A licensee shall notify the department of a change described by Subsection (a) not later than the 10th day before the date the change occurs.\n(c) After a change described by Subsection (a), the licensee shall provide to the department a proper endorsement to the original bond showing that the bond continues to apply to the license without interruption.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
