Occupations Code § 1201.203","heading":"FORMS; RULES.","body":"(a) The board shall adopt rules and forms relating to:\n(1) the manufacturer's certificate;\n(2) the statement of ownership;\n(3) the application for a statement of ownership; and\n(4) the issuance of an initial or revised statement of ownership.\n(b) The board shall adopt rules for the documenting of the ownership of a manufactured home that has been previously owned in this state or another state.
