Occupations Code § 1201.301","heading":"STATE INSPECTORS.","body":"(a) The director may employ state inspectors to:\n(1) carry out the functions the department is required to perform under this chapter;\n(2) implement this chapter; and\n(3) enforce the rules adopted and orders issued under this chapter.\n(b) In enforcing this chapter, the director may authorize a state inspector to travel inside or outside of the state to inspect a licensee.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
