Occupations Code § 1201.554","heading":"PROBATION.","body":"The department may place on probation a person whose license is suspended. If a license suspension is probated, the department may require the person to:\n(1) report regularly to the department on matters that are the basis of the probation;\n(2) limit practice to the areas prescribed by the department; or\n(3) continue or review professional education until the person attains a degree of skill satisfactory to the department in those areas that are the basis of the probation.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14A.254(b), eff.
