Occupations Code § 1202.204","heading":"RULES PROVIDING FOR DECALS OR INSIGNIA.","body":"(a) The commission by rule shall provide for the placement of decals or insignia on each transportable modular section or modular component to indicate compliance with the mandatory building codes.\n(b) The commission by rule shall exempt a construction site building from the requirements of this section.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
