Occupations Code § 1202.205","heading":"RECIPROCITY.","body":"(a) The commission by rule may authorize an inspection of industrialized housing or buildings constructed in another state to be performed by an inspector of the equivalent regulatory agency of the other state.\n(b) The commission by rule may authorize an inspection of industrialized housing or buildings constructed in this state for use in another state.\n(c) The commission shall enter into a reciprocity agreement with the equivalent regulatory agency of the other state as necessary to implement this section.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff.
