Occupations Code § 1301.3521","heading":"EXAMINATION FEE REFUND.","body":"(a) The board shall refund the examination fee paid by an applicant who:\n(1) provides advance notice of the applicant's inability to take the examination; or\n(2) is unable to take the examination because of an emergency.\n(b) The board shall adopt rules that establish the required notification period and the emergency situations that warrant a refund.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 819, Sec. 18, eff.
