Occupations Code § 1301.5045","heading":"CEASE AND DESIST ORDER.","body":"(a) The executive director may issue a cease and desist order as necessary to enforce this chapter if the executive director determines that the action is necessary to prevent a violation of this chapter and to protect public health and safety.\n(b) A violation of an order under this section constitutes grounds for imposing an administrative penalty under Subchapter N.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 819, Sec. 25, eff.
