Occupations Code § 1302.262","heading":"NOTICE TO MUNICIPALITIES.","body":"(a) A person who obtains a license under this subchapter shall provide a notice to the municipal authority that enforces air conditioning and refrigeration contracting regulations in the municipality in which the person engages in air conditioning and refrigeration contracting, if the municipality requires the notice.\n(b) The notice must inform the municipality that the person has obtained a license under this subchapter and must be in the form required by the municipality.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 880 (H.B. 3029), Sec. 16, eff.
