Occupations Code § 1302.453","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person:\n(1) knowingly engages in air conditioning and refrigeration contracting without holding a license issued under this chapter; or\n(2) is not a student described by Section 1302.502 and knowingly engages in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance work without holding a contractor license or a technician registration or certification issued under this chapter.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 415, Sec. 3(4), eff. June 14, 2013.\n(c) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 3, eff.
