Occupations Code § 1302.505","heading":"ISSUANCE AND TERM OF REGISTRATION.","body":"(a) The department shall issue an air conditioning and refrigeration technician registration to an applicant who:\n(1) submits a verified application;\n(2) meets the requirements of this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter; and\n(3) pays the required fees.\n(b) A registration issued under this subchapter is valid for one year from the date of issuance.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1174 (H.B. 463), Sec. 6, eff.
