Occupations Code § 1304.051","heading":"GENERAL INVESTIGATIVE POWER OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.","body":"(a) The executive director may investigate a provider, administrator, seller, or other person as necessary to enforce this chapter and protect service contract holders in this state.\n(b) On request of the executive director, a provider shall make the records required by Section 1304.155 available to the executive director as necessary to enable the executive director to reasonably determine compliance with this chapter.\nTransferred, redesignated and amended from Occupations Code, Section 1304.007 by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1081 (S.B. 1169), Sec. 1.03, eff.
