Occupations Code § 1304.103","heading":"REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL FEES.","body":"(a) The executive director shall develop a tiered schedule of registration and renewal fees under which a provider's fee is based on the number of service contracts the provider sold or issued in this state during the preceding 12-month period.\n(b) The commission shall set fees to cover the costs of administering this chapter, including registration and renewal fees for administrators.\n(c) To register or renew a registration, a provider or administrator must pay the appropriate fee.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 3, eff.
