Occupations Code § 1304.153","heading":"APPOINTMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMINISTRATOR.","body":"(a) A provider may appoint an administrator registered under this chapter to be responsible for:\n(1) all or any part of the administration or sale of service contracts; and\n(2) compliance with this chapter, except for Section 1304.151.\n(b) The appointment of an administrator under this section does not affect a provider's responsibility to comply with this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 3, eff.
