Occupations Code § 1305.301","heading":"ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.","body":"(a) The executive director may impose an administrative penalty on a person under Subchapter F, Chapter 51, regardless of whether the person holds a license under this chapter, if the person violates:\n(1) this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter; or\n(2) a rule or order of the executive director or commission.\n(b) An administrative penalty may not be imposed unless the person charged with a violation is provided the opportunity for a hearing.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1062, Sec. 1, eff.
