Occupations Code § 1305.303","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person subject to this chapter commits an offense if the person:\n(1) violates the licensing requirements of this chapter;\n(2) performs electrical work without a license to perform electrical work in this state;\n(3) employs an individual who does not hold the appropriate license required by this chapter; or\n(4) falsifies a certification of on-the-job training.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1062, Sec. 1, eff.
