Occupations Code § 156.003","heading":"STAGGERED RENEWAL SYSTEM.","body":"(a) The board by rule may adopt a system under which registration permits expire on various dates during the two-year registration period.\n(b) For the registration period in which the expiration date is changed, registration permit fees shall be prorated.
