Occupations Code § 160.009","heading":"COMPLIANCE WITH SUBPOENA.","body":"(a) The governing body and medical staff of each health care entity and any other person shall comply with a subpoena for documents or information issued by the board under Section 153.007 or 204.308. The disclosure of documents or information under such a subpoena does not constitute a waiver of the privilege associated with medical peer review committee proceedings.\n(b) Failure to comply with a subpoena under Subsection (a) constitutes grounds for disciplinary action against the person or entity by the appropriate licensing board.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
