Occupations Code § 160.102","heading":"REPORT BY COURT TO BOARD.","body":"Not later than the 30th day after the date a court finds that a physician is mentally ill or mentally incompetent, the clerk of the court of record in which the finding is entered shall prepare and forward to the board a certified abstract of record, regardless of whether the adjudication or finding is subsequently withheld or appealed.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
