Occupations Code § 1603.103","heading":"INSPECTION OF SCHOOLS BEFORE OPERATION.","body":"(a) Until the department determines, by inspection, that the person has established the school in compliance with this chapter, a person may not operate a school licensed under this chapter.\n(b) A school that is not approved by the department on initial inspection may be reinspected.\n(c) The department may charge the school a fee for each inspection.
