Occupations Code § 1603.104","heading":"INSPECTIONS.","body":"(a) The department may enter and inspect at any time during business hours:\n(1) the place of business of any person regulated under this chapter; or\n(2) any place in which the department has reasonable cause to believe that a license or permit holder is practicing in violation of this chapter or in violation of a rule or order of the commission or executive director.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.33(2), eff.
