Occupations Code § 1603.2202","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"The department shall issue the applicable establishment license under this subchapter to an applicant if:\n(1) the applicant:\n(A) owns or rents the establishment;\n(B) verifies the application;\n(C) complies with the application requirements of this chapter;\n(D) pays the required inspection and license fees; and\n(E) has not committed an act that constitutes a ground for denial of a license; and\n(2) the establishment:\n(A) meets the commission's minimum health standards for an establishment; and\n(B) complies with all commission rules.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.20, eff.
