Occupations Code § 1603.2205","heading":"USE OF ESTABLISHMENT AS SLEEPING QUARTERS PROHIBITED.","body":"(a) An owner or manager of a licensed establishment may not permit a person to sleep in a room used as part of the establishment.\n(b) A person may not perform an act for which a license is required in a room in an establishment that is used as sleeping quarters.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.20, eff.
