Occupations Code § 1603.2302","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"The department shall issue a license under this subchapter to an applicant who, as applicable:\n(1) submits an application on a form prescribed by the department;\n(2) pays the required fee;\n(3) provides to the department adequate proof of financial responsibility;\n(4) meets the health and safety standards established by the commission; and\n(5) satisfies any other requirements of this chapter or commission rule.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.20, eff.
