Occupations Code § 1603.2303","heading":"SCHOOL LICENSES; INSTRUCTORS; ENFORCEMENT.","body":"(a) The holder of a public secondary school license, public postsecondary school license, or private postsecondary school license:\n(1) may provide instruction in the barbering or cosmetology services for which the license holder has been approved by the department; and\n(2) may only employ to provide the instruction described by Subdivision (1) a person who holds a license issued under Subchapter E-1 to perform the acts of barbering or cosmetology for which the person will provide instruction.\n(b) The department may take any disciplinary or other enforcement action against a person who violates Subsection (a)(2).\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.20, eff.
