Occupations Code § 1603.2306","heading":"INFORMATION PROVIDED TO PROSPECTIVE STUDENT.","body":"The holder of a school license shall provide to each prospective student, as applicable:\n(1) a course outline;\n(2) a schedule of the tuition and other fees assessed;\n(3) the school's refund policy required under Section 1603.3602;\n(4) the school's grading policy and rules relating to incomplete grades;\n(5) the school's rules of operation and conduct, including rules relating to absences;\n(6) the department's name, mailing address, and telephone number for the purpose of directing complaints to the department; and\n(7) the current job placement rates and employment rates of students who complete a course of instruction.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.20, eff.
