Occupations Code § 1603.2312","heading":"ADDITIONAL DUTIES OF LICENSE HOLDER.","body":"The holder of a school license shall:\n(1) maintain a sanitary premises;\n(2) establish regular class and instruction hours and grades;\n(3) hold examinations before issuing diplomas; and\n(4) maintain a copy of the school's curriculum in a conspicuous place and verify that the curriculum is being followed.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.20, eff.
