Occupations Code § 1603.2314","heading":"IDENTIFICATION OF AND WORK PERFORMED BY STUDENT.","body":"(a) Each licensed school shall maintain in a conspicuous place a list of the names and identifying pictures of the students who are enrolled in the school's courses.\n(b) A school may not receive compensation for work done by a student unless the student has completed 10 percent of the required number of hours for a license under Subchapter E-1.\n(c) If a school violates this section, the license of the school may be revoked or suspended.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.20, eff.
