Occupations Code § 1603.252","heading":"GENERAL EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) The department may accept, approve, develop, or contract for the examinations required by this chapter, including the administration of the examinations.\n(b) The executive director shall determine uniform standards for acceptable performance on an examination for a license under Subchapter E-1.\n(c) The examination must include a written examination as provided by Section 1603.253 and may include a practical examination as provided by Section 1603.256.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 798 (S.B. 411), Sec. 1.01, eff.
